Strategizes the tactical strategy across all verticals to scale orders and customer growth.
Monitors top-tier vendor performance and participation in the tactical strategy to scale their growth and leverage exclusive vendors. planning, executing, and supervising the performance of tactical campaigns for food and non-food verticals.
Strategizes the CRM channel to maintain customer health, push customer acquisition, and drive orders.
Monitors CRM and Performance Marketing performance to ensure proper ROI and cost optimization.
Strategizes vendor content on performance marketing to scale customer acquisitions and order growth.
Monitors social media engagement and customer feedback on growth campaigns to enhance campaign strategy.
Plans the launch and communication of new ventures and sets the communication plan to push on scaling the product in the market and optimize its spending.
Leads and manages the pipeline of partnerships that push on topline/specific product growth.
Leads the monthly tactical planning for all verticals, new ventures, CRM, and Performance marketing.
Keeps tap on the competitive scene to ensure Talabat maintains dominance in the market.
Strategize social media posts boosting for all local growth campaigns that are running for short campaign periods and ensure the right optimizations are set up to ensure maximum exposure.
Responsible for monitoring the budget spent across the monthly campaigns. Ensure 100% correct cost reporting per campaign in a timely manner.
Responsible for the growth team is reporting all invoices, PQs, and all financial documents received by suppliers, partners, and restaurants.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any other related field
+9 years of general marketing experience, preferably in the local market
People management experience for at least 2 years is mandatory.
Data analytics and performance monitoring experience is mandatory
Social media content creation and management experience is mandatory
Agency experience is a plus
Ability to deliver work with a high degree of accuracy
Fluent in both languages Arabic and English
Communication skills (Written and Verbal)
