We’re looking for a highly analytical and driven Manager for our Product Marketing & Growth Innovation and Operations. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have a direct impact, then this may be the place for you!
The Product Marketing & Growth Innovation Manager will be responsible for strategic planning and execution of product-marketing initiatives and campaigns across our various Delivery Hero Brands.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Regional Marketing and local teams to design impactful features, support strategic marketing initiatives and help drive growth in all markets. You will lead the creation and implementation of frameworks to ensure consistent and efficient execution of campaigns, while also leveraging data-driven insights to drive marketing effectiveness and align with business goals.
About the job
- Product roadmap planning & design review: Support on marketing product roadmap planning and support on the design review of upcoming features especially for Incentives, Subscriptions and Homescreen
- App marketing optimisation: Identify and execute opportunities to improve app frontend UX for marketing campaigns, with a focus on the Homescreen, Hero Banner and campaigns carousel
- Automation & standardisation: Create playbooks that consolidate the design of marketing touchpoints across the app and coordinate the automation and standardisation of these across all pandora markets
- Analysis of app performance: Break down the conversion funnel to better design how campaign touchpoints, incentives and growth programmes should function on the app
- Strategic campaign coordination: Develop and coordinate product marketing strategies and campaigns that align with business objectives, leveraging data insights to maximise conversion and drive the user lifecycle
- App UX audits: Review the frontend UX for all our pandora apps to identify inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement
- Project management: Partner with Product and both regional/local marketing teams to implement and launch projects, focusing on testing, launch and regular operations especially for marketing-owned app touchpoints
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in user growth, product marketing or product operations, with a track record of managing successful product launches & growth projects with a B2C focus.
- Strong understanding of marketing processes and campaigns, with experience in marketing operations or product deployment.
- A highly customer-centric approach with a passion for optimizing user journeys and enhancing customer experiences.
- Keen understanding of product processes with a strong sense of prioritisation
- Strategy experience and analytical mindset with the ability to define success metrics, evaluate performance, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders, craft comprehensive decks and put forth clear and convincing arguments.
- SQL analysis or a willingness to learn is a plus
