About the opportunity

Role Summary

Managing the operation of on-demand delivery and maintaining excellent customer experience 24/7. Taking ownership of staffing, service levels, and communication with stakeholders. Monitoring, measuring, and improving compliance and performance of drivers. Leads a strong team to achieve targets and goals.

What’s On Your Plate?

  • Directs optimizes and coordinates full order cycle.

  • Supervises onboarding/training schedule & Quality.

  • Responsible for the communication of shifts & fulfilment.

  • Ensures and improves rider compliance.

  • Monitors performance progress of riders.

  • Owns implementation of new features and processes.

  • Leads communication with suppliers and drivers.


What you need to be successful

What Did We Order?

  • Bachelor's degree, in Logistics or related field.

  • Previous experience in the food or tech industry is highly preferred.

  • Excellent people management skills: Experience with managing a bigger group of people.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. English and Arabic is required, Urdu is a plus.

  • Ability to analyze data and create comprehensive reports. 

  • Ability to use complex computer systems.

  • Ability to work under pressure, handle stress, and handle many people with different personality types, diverse levels of education and abilities.
