Manager, Fintech (Lending)

• Support PH lending strategy and roadmaps that meet key business goals through in-market added-value services/features and growth partnership opportunities that improve foodpanda partner financial life.
• Cultivate and communicate a deep understanding of foodpanda partners, opportunity, and lending landscape in the Philippines
• Effectively monitor project launches and implement programs and strategies to increase uptake and drive usage
• End-to-end operational support for current lending partnerships
• Engage with stakeholders local & regional (product, business, & accounting) to help make partners’ loan experience more pleasant
• Effectively manage relationships with existing and potential bank partners
• Work closely with marketing & engagement teams for program execution and activations

• At least 2 years experience working in a company that offers lending solutions/products with good comprehension of lending terminology
• Very strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with background and knowledge of data management & analytics
• Very strong communication and negotiation skills. Plus factor if with previous experience in partnerships or relationship management
• Able to work independently if required, and learn quickly and adapt to different roles in a growing team
• A sense of urgency, pragmatism and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
