About the opportunity

We are looking for a Manager, Demand Control to join our growing business!

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to regional logistics projects to enhance performance across APAC and EU markets, with a focus on Demand control and Customer choice.
  • Conduct cross-functional experiments on pricing and customer choice to optimize performance and minimize lost orders through targeted testing.
  • Analyze extensive product data to understand rider, vendor, and customer behaviors, using insights to guide product direction.
  • Develop visualizations from large data sets to support effective decision-making within the team and across functions.
  • Identify and address inefficiencies in logistics operations to enhance rider and customer experiences.
  • Support data-driven initiatives aimed at optimizing delivery flows and operational workflows.

What you need to be successful

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in logistics, product operations, or similar roles within tech, mobility, or delivery industries.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing and performance optimization strategies.
  • Proven ability to interpret large datasets, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working across diverse markets and teams.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, adaptability, and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with dispatching systems, logistics workflows, or customer choice mechanisms is a plus.
  • Prior experience working across multiple regions is highly desirable.
