Job Description: 

Performance Monitoring & Analysis

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across commercial department, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Provide regular reports and dashboards for the commercial leadership team, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities
• Assess the impact of strategic initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement in deals, ads and other important restaurant metrics

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Develop frameworks and models to measure business performance and identify optimization areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
• Support in setting targets and benchmarks for commercial business unit.

Strategic Support & Insights

• Assist in monthly business reviews, presentations, and leadership discussions by providing relevant data and insights.
• Conduct deep dives into commercial and operational challenges and provide fact-based recommendations.

Project & Initiative Support

• Support the head and commercial director in driving strategic projects and special initiatives.
• Work with team leads to implement performance improvement plans.
• Ensure effective tracking and execution of key business priorities.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a performance analysis, business analysis, consulting, or strategy role.
• Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
• Experience in working with OKRs, KPIs, and performance frameworks is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to present insights effectively to senior leadership.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
