About the opportunity

  • Campaign Management & Execution: Organize and manage multiple campaigns from start to finish, ensuring efficient communication, feedback incorporation, and timely delivery. Oversee a 360-degree campaign perspective, including brand and media ideation, influencer management, social content management, ATL plans with regional teams/agencies, and OOH creative assets.

  • Strategic Thinking & Planning: Develop a strategic overview for campaigns, connecting efforts to long-term marketing goals. Enhance critical thinking and leadership skills to lead larger initiatives. Optimize media, approach campaigns creatively, and leverage customer and market insights to drive objectives.

  • Budget Management: Oversee and manage the marketing budget to ensure deliverables are met.

  • Leadership & Ownership: Lead larger projects and oversee end-to-end processes, demonstrating autonomy and strong project management.

  • Media & Optimization: Continuously improve ad spending metrics, optimize marketing media mix across channels (ATL/BTL/PM), and create frameworks for tracking online marketing metrics and ad creative optimization.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with regional and local cross-functional teams for alignment and to achieve topline and bottom line objectives, and be responsive to new ideas.


What you need to be successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in brand management or consumer marketing.

  • Candidates with experience in E-commerce/FMCG/grocery retailers would be a plus

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and drive results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.

  • Proven ability to manage priorities and navigate high-pressure situations with sound judgment.

  • A proactive and dependable team player, committed to achieving team objectives and driving market growth.
