About the opportunity

About The Role:

We’re looking for a strategic and driven Manager – Account Management Excellence to lead the performance, scalability, and operational effectiveness of our Long-Tail Management team across multiple markets.

 

In this role, you’ll play a critical part in managing a centralized, remote team responsible for engaging and growing our long-tail vendor base. You’ll be responsible for developing processes, driving growth KPIs, setting SOPs, and scaling the team’s capabilities as we expand into new geographies. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that blends people leadership, process optimization, and performance management.

 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Lead and manage the centralized Long-Tail Management team across several markets

  • Own team performance targets and ensure consistent growth in partner portfolios

  • Design and implement scalable SOPs and workflows to streamline operations

  • Train and enable team members to drive partner value and operational consistency

  • Collaborate with Sales, Ops, and other cross-functional teams to align on strategy

  • Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement and growth

  • Drive initiatives that improve the long-tail vendor experience and team efficiency

  • Support market expansion by scaling the team's structure, tools, and best practices


What you need to be successful

What We’re Looking For: 

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales operations, or a similar role

  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving KPIs

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and optimization

  • Ability to create and implement scalable processes and operational frameworks

  • Excellent communication, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Experience working in tech, marketplaces, or food delivery platforms is a plus

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, remote, and multi-market environments

  • Arabic Speaker
