Loyalty Executive - Hybrid

• Support the performance monitoring and improvement initiatives for Yemeksepeti loyalty program in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze operational and financial data to generate meaningful insights and recommendations for decision-makers.
• Assist in creating reports and presentations for key stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy of data.
• Assist in decision-making with regards to program structure, financial estimations, product roadmap, offline and online communication strategy.
• Contribute to the optimization of the loyalty program visibility and performance within the app.
• Directly contribute to driving business uplift & conversion while optimizing costs.
• Engage with regional and global stakeholders on a regular basis to ensure knowledge sharing across entities and drive Yemeksepeti’s loyalty agenda.

• 4 years of professional experience in e-commerce, gaming, or a similar fast-paced environment, in business analytics, growth marketing, or business development teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, draw conclusions, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Experience in food delivery, working with subscription / loyalty programs or game design is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in G-suite (Sheets, Slides) for data analysis and presentations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms, such as Tableau, Looker, Google Analyrics or similar software.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail.
