Join our cross-functional learning team for a high-impact, short-term project as we launch a new Sales Enablement Learning Management System (LMS). As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful and timely deployment of this platform, directly contributing to the enhanced training and development of our sales team. This is a unique opportunity to lead a critical project within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with potential for significant career growth and learning. You will be responsible for:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, ensuring all milestones are achieved.
Lead the migration of all existing training assets to the new LMS platform.Coordinate with IT, LMS vendors, and all relevant project members and stakeholders across the organization.
Drive the configuration and testing of the LMS, resolving issues promptly.
Facilitate clear and consistent communication across all project teams.
Organize and maintain all project documentation and training materials.
Experience & Qualifications:
We are seeking a highly organized and driven Project Manager with a proven track record of successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will possess:
Proven experience in implementing Learning Management Systems.
Demonstrated expertise in project management, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
Strong ability to manage timelines, resolve blockers and track progress meticulously.
Proven capability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Hands-on experience in organizing and migrating digital content.
Solid background in creating and maintaining project documentation.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Ability to hold teams accountable for meeting deadlines.
Adaptability to quickly learn and utilize new technologies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
