Job description
- Managing and following up on judicial and operational procedures required by the Legal Department before external public institutions (such as notaries, chambers of commerce, municipalities, and the Social Security Institution),
- Tracking various legal processes before courthouses and enforcement offices,
- Ability to analyze and transform complex data sets into clear, structured legal outputs, including official responses (writs) for submission to courts and administrative authorities.
- Providing administrative support to in-house legal counsel by filing, organizing, monitoring, and preserving legal documents in an orderly manner,
- Supporting other tasks such as invoicing and billing processes and reporting processes carried out within the Legal Department.
- Preferably a graduate of a Vocational School of Justice,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position within law firms or corporate legal departments,
- Hands-on experience in licensing and permit-related processes,
- Proficient in MS Office programs,
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills,
- Detail-oriented, systematic, well-organized, and capable of managing time effectively,
- A team player with a disciplined and structured approach to time planning,
- Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility,
- Military service completed for male candidates.
