Lead, Vendor Incubation & Experience

• Ensure a strong communication plan with our portfolio of vendors to strengthen relationships and improve their performance on the platform
• Manage and resolve vendor-related inquiries, issues, and escalations
• Analyze vendor performance data and develop strategic plans to boost the team's performance
• Ability to work with different teams (inter and intra-department) to ensure a smooth vendor journey and high-quality vendor experience within the platform
• Work closely with HoD and provide guidance to team members to ensure continuous increase in productivity, motivation, learning, and process improvement
• Gather insights and understand pain points from all team members and from different regions in Malaysia in order to develop recommendations for future initiatives and road map development

• Fluent in English and Salesforce knowledge is a must!
• Minimum of 5 years experience in managing performing teams
• Highly proficient in MS Office with strong Excel skills
• Demonstrate problem-solving ability with experience in providing practical business insights from large and complex data sets
• Analytical, number-oriented, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can make quick, assertive decisions
• Independent and highly motivated fast learner
• Positive attitude with good communication skills
• Must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar
