Your mission

  • Coordinating the daily operations of a ~ 8-person sales team (Sales Executives and Managers) in close cooperation with the Head of Sales, supporting them in achieving their targets
  • Onboarding, continuous professional support, and coaching of new and existing team members
  • Actively contributing to sales targets by building and managing your own portfolio
  • Handling quality assurance requests and resolving issues arising during the onboarding process
  • Participating in ongoing and upcoming sales projects
  • Supporting recruitment and selection processes, taking part in hiring new colleagues
  • Supporting operational planning, including geographic coverage, partner prioritization, defining and allocating quarterly strategic goals, and shaping performance evaluation processes
  • Collaborating closely with other departments (Account Management, Finance, Marketing, Logistics) to achieve long-term business goals such as opening new zones or expanding service coverage

What you need to be successful

  • Solution-oriented mindset – you see challenges as opportunities and quickly find the best possible solutions
  • Strong business acumen – you understand the bigger picture and always consider long-term business goals in your decisions
  • Leadership attitude – you inspire your team, lead by example, and consciously build shared success
  • Independence and ownership – you proactively drive your tasks forward, work based on your own ideas, and take responsibility for your decisions
  • Fluent English and Hungarian – confident written and spoken communication in an international environment
  • Category B driving license – part of the role involves field work
  • A university degree is not required; experience and mindset matter most to us
  • At least 5 years of sales experience and minimum 2 years of leadership experience
