- Design & Build & Maintain
- Able to re-configure and maintain a career competency framework based on how to organization is growing and evolving.
- Learning programs through research into the already available platforms. Where necessary, be resourceful enough to find new platforms to implement learning pathways and track them for completion.
- Introduce new programs like internship programs, management training programs that will help in terms of our employer branding.
- Identify & create employee development curriculum through various career paths through on-the-job experiential learning, networking and formal learning programs.
- Identify & Create processes to develop leadership and key talent encompassing high performers and high potentials
- Implement & Monitor
- Collaborate with different stakeholders both internally and externally and run learning programs.
- Partners with key stakeholders within and outside of HR in the development and enhancement of integrated talent development/talent management processes from foodpanda perspective
- Engage with participants and trainers post sessions to find gaps and refine the programs
- Build an automated tracking system that will help push training programs for each individuals based in their needs and journey points within the organization
- Maintenance and Improvements
- Constantly looks into the frameworks, programs, systems, tools, contents, trainers, etc; finds gaps and opportunities to improve let it be in the execution or even experience
- Proactively look into the L&D initiatives and improve to ensure it meets the business needs.
- Think of an employee’s journey and how to retain them and groom them through multiple roles within the organization
- Develop, maintain & report integrated talent development/talent management metrics to all key stakeholders within foodpanda
- Own HRDF as a topic from submissions of grants, following up on claims. etc.
- Own the L&D budget and ensuring it is evenly utilized with high understanding of ROI.
- Strong knowledge of current Learning trends & Management Systems (Ability to consult & develop is a must), HRDF and talent development matrix/frameworks
- Agility and progressive with a very modern HR mindset. Meaning you believe in transparency, getting things done, having accountability and a culture of growth & development
- Data-driven evidence-based approach to development solutions. Meaning, everything you do is supported by Data!
- Planning, organizing and monitoring and controlling multiple projects simultaneously
- Leveraging technology applications in the area of people development
- At least 3 years of experience in strategically building and improving Talent Development Frameworks & Programs for a shared service and across all levels
- At least a bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Psychology or relevant Professional Qualifications.
- Written and verbal professional understanding of English
- Previous experience in a startup would be a plus
