Lead, Commercial Strategy and Performance

We are looking for a Lead, Commercial Strategy and Performance to join our growing business!

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate reporting on national and team-level KPIs
• Prepare clear, data-driven performance reports for executive meetings, performance reviews, and company-wide town halls
• Partner with the Head of Account Management to identify performance gaps and uncover growth opportunities
• Facilitate the development of dashboards, lead lists, and performance reports to support commercial team goals
• Coordinate with regional counterparts to align local activities with overarching commercial strategies
• Lead the rollout of regional projects and product developments while enforcing interdepartmental guidelines
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Growth teams to execute campaigns and support product initiatives

• 5 to 8 years of experience in strategy, consulting, data analytics, or other relevant functions
• Strong analytical thinker with the ability to simplify complex, ambiguous challenges and translate data into practical recommendations
• High attention to detail with a critical eye for improving processes and systems
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats and contributing across functional areas, especially in fast-evolving environments
• Proactive and entrepreneurial, with a bias toward action and a willingness to dive into the details
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills across a range of stakeholders and teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data handling and reporting; familiarity with basic SQL is a plus
