Job description
- Lead and manage a cluster of accounts across multiple cities, ensuring the achievement of commercial and operational KPIs.
- Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and identify areas for improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Forecast and track key account metrics, such as quarterly results and annual forecasts.
- Identify opportunities within the cluster of accounts and collaborate with the team to execute them.
- Track and manage the operational KPIs of the accounts.
- Meet with vendors on a weekly basis with the Account Manager to discuss opportunities for growth and overall performance.
- Manage and mentor a team, ensuring proper support, guidance, and development to achieve departmental goals.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to drive results across multiple KPIs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
