Job description
- Be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our partner shops
- Act as the key point of contact in portfolio management, assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations when necessary
- Regular communication with partners. Activate a set of services (Compliance performance, promotional deals, online marketing packages etc.) to facilitate portfolio & revenue growth; meet or exceed goals for account retention, development and maintenance
- Constant assessment and revision of partner's operations, ensuring a smooth flow of service throughout the entire delivery process
- Interact closely with staff members from Content, Sales and Marketing for lead generation, content management, and vendor services.
- Coordinate all organizational project matters and manage all daily project management issues
- Ensure that our Shops partners are able to maintain the best customer experience for their branches in foodpanda.
- Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by Vendors and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Construct and negotiate commercial offers that meet the expectations of foodpanda, shops and the customer
- 2-3 years of work experience within a client management role preferably including e-commerce experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Information Technology, or other relevant fields of study.
- Proven B2B sales experience would be an advantage, preferably within the areas of retail, F&B and e-commerce
- A strong relationship builder, target-oriented, resilient, and a team player with a willingness to learn
- A proficient communicator with experience in presenting to high-level executives
- Experience leading a team is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with good commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software. Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred.
