Your Mission
Train and develop store managers to the next level
Identify key areas of improvement together with Operational Excellence team.
Collaborate closely with Country Operations Manager and set the priorities for the upcoming period.
Bring structure and order in stores
Be a natural enforcer of our company values and continue building a positive work environment among our employees
We are looking for a dynamic and accomplished leader who thrives in fast-paced work environments. As the Jr Operations Manager, you have the ability to handle adhoc tasks while always keeping an eye on the horizon. You possess a natural talent for coaching and developing high-performing teams, and your strong communication skills will foster collaboration and accountability. With your energy, determination, and problem-solving abilities, you will play a crucial role in shaping the success of our operations nationwide.

Start date: Upon agreement
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a store manager, preferably in FMCG.
Proven experience in leading and training teams and you are the typical “go to” person for your peers.
Heavy weight champion on executional skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the capability to motivate and inspire teams.
Ability to handle several tasks and topics simultaneously
Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
