Your mission:
- Gain insight into forecasting, monthly closing, budgeting and reporting
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders in all parts of the organization such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service in terms of cost control, business cases and follow ups
- Be the main finance business partner for assigned business areas
- Perform actual vs budget follow-ups and analyze monthly results
- Analyze drivers of deviations within assigned budgets
- Support the team in producing data and reports linked to financial impact

To excel in this role, you’ll need to be responsible and take enormous pride in your work. We seek someone with an analytical mind who can tackle complex problems with logical thinking and a structured approach. What you need to be successful
- Degree in, for example, Business and/or Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, Systems Science or similar
- You have approximately 1-4 years of experience working in finance, accounting or other analytical roles
- You have previous experience and feel comfortable working with Excel. Furthermore, OneStream, SAP, Tableau, Anaplan, Looker, Planacy and Big Query are a plus!
- You can communicate fluently in English and Swedish both verbally and writing
