About the opportunity

You will be the first point of contact for foodpanda’s partnered vendors
You will assist the team in conducting daily call check-ins with foodpanda vendors and document gathered information
You will communicate with foodpanda vendors to investigate and resolve any issues that are hindering their day-to-day operations
You will also be involved in the rollout of vendor content enrichment and optimization initiatives with our partner vendors

What you need to be successful

Must be an academic requirement and can render at least 200+ hours
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills and must have a customer-oriented mindset
Active listening, conflict management and resolution skills
Experience in communication-focused roles is highly preferred
Knowledge in MS Excel is also preferred
