What’s on your menu?

• Work with the direct manager or mentor to ensure proper implementation of business requirements.
• Identify outstanding compliance issues and gather necessary information for compliance analysis.
• Collaborate with the team in the development and implementation of labor law requirements.
• Maintain, organize, and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support onboarding and offboarding documentation, ensuring timely completion.
• Prepare HR letters, contracts, and other employment-related documents.
• Provide general administrative support to the People Team.
• Assist in coordinating HR-related events, training sessions, and meetings.

What do you bring to the table?

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Willing to learn, adaptable, and a quick learner.
• Familiarity with technical tools, with a preference for Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.)
• English language skill – English (Pre-intermediate or Able to communicate)
