Intern, Marketing-Groceries

• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth, on-time, and in-full campaign execution (end-to-end project management).
• Assist in finalizing monthly campaigns calendar and monitoring live assets.
• Ensure creative assets and marketing requirements are created and executed on time which includes ticket creation, briefing, securing approvals, set-up and/or turnover to relevant teams.
• Take charge of DTI permit applications for the verticals’ various promotions and campaigns.
• Assist in setting up monthly vouchers and on-app comms (carousels, swimlanes).
• Assist in adhoc creative requests from partner brands/vendors.
• Help prepare monthly CRM and on-app real estate reports and analysis.
   

• Proficiency in Google Suite/MS Office (familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets).
• Project management skills with the ability to coordinate with stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered on time.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Great deal of interest in data (willingness to learn how to analyze performance of campaigns).
• Photo & video editing skills a plus (i.e. Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut).
