Intern, Channel Development

You will be empowered to support the Channel Development Specialist of the Shops Convenience Vertical Team in foodpanda Philippines!

The role requires to drive development, growth & day to day operations for the Convenience
vertical portfolio at Shops, this will include:

• Vendor Operations Monitoring: By monitoring an account’s operational metrics on a daily basis, the intern ensures that vendors are meeting performance targets and identifies any areas for improvement.

• Assortment Build-Up: Assists the Channel Development Specialist in expanding
  the assortment of products available through the accounts.

• Deals promotion set-up: Assists the Channel Development Specialist in setting up deals and coordinating with the marketing team to promote deals effectively.

• Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential leads or prospects within the
  vertical. Oversee the onboarding process once new accounts are acquired.

• Other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by your supervisor.

• Internship must be an academic requirement, pursuing a course in Business or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using MS applications and Google Suites is a must.
• Knowledge in relevant reports as well as analytics tools will be an advantage.
• Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Good analytical and research capabilities.
• Ability to take the initiative and drive for results.
• Working well in a team environment is imperative in this role.
