We're a thriving team of over 1500 professionals and we're currently on the lookout for a new Hiring & Quality Coordinator to join our Helsinki office! The position is a fixed-term parental leave substitute for April 2025 - May 2026.

In this role, your salary will be determined based on your skills and experience and will fall within the range of 2700-2900 euros per month.


What would you be doing?

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of shaping foodora’s delivery partner network across Finland. From coordinating recruitment and onboarding to ensuring smooth operations, you’ll handle everything from reviewing applications and signing partnership agreements to resolving queries with a proactive, solution-driven approach. You’ll also play a vital role in maintaining high standards by managing compliance, refining SOPs, and tackling performance challenges with innovation and impact. Reporting directly to Fleet Health Manager, Adeel Javaid, this is your chance to make a real difference in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your ideas and expertise will drive success.

 

Key responsibilities in this role include:

  • Managing and checking the applications along with the applicants’ documents in our delivery partner recruitment funnel.

  • Executing delivery partner recruitment across various cities in Finland in collaboration with key stakeholders.

  • Overseeing the execution of electronic partnership agreement signing and ensuring the seamless creation of new partner accounts for foodora.

  • Resolving different day-to-day requests from the applicants and delivery partners by answering their queries through our ticketing system.

  • Support the applicants and our delivery partners with compliance and partnership-related issues.

  • Assisting the team in monitoring and managing daily compliance-related issues as needed.

What are we looking for?

  • You have a Bachelor's degree or similar from a relevant field (such as HR, business management, or similar).

  • As it’s an entry-level job, applications from fresh graduates are welcome, but previous experience in the following sectors can help the person perform future tasks: project management, customer care, or operations.

  • You are proactive and not afraid to take ownership.

  • You have an analytical, solution-based, and positive customer service attitude.

  • Good IT skills (example: MS Office, G-Suite).

  • You are a real team player with good interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Finnish is a plus).
