We’re looking for a highly-driven and motivated Head of Sales Operations, Europe for our team in Berlin. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have direct and lead the business impact in multiple markets, then this may be the place for you!
This role will be based in Berlin and will report to the Chief Revenue Officer.
About the job:
The successful candidate is to manage the Delivery Hero Sales Operations team and work closely with cross-functional teams as well as guiding the Head of Sales Operations in 9 countries in Europe.
Responsibilities:
Sales Operations
Develop sales operations policies and procedures to ensure quality across foodora and Yemeksepti
Setup sales process automation tools: review end to end Sales funnel and identify
opportunities of automation
Establish a centralised source for all sales related data: automated tracking and
reporting from all the different sources
Support the sales department in the tools they use, including Salesforce, scrapping, etc
Collaborate with the central and local teams to gather intelligence on competitors and
provide a 360 knowledge
Constantly challenge and reassess the list of priorities to ensure foodora and Yemeksepti always has the best restaurants in each area
Clients Relations Management
Build up a better customer relationship, understand customer needs, and elevate satisfaction levels while maintaining profit margins
Generate long-term instruments and relations to engage customers and clients
Products and Services Management
Ensure smooth execution of all products and services related tasks and activities by cross-referencing them against legal and financial rules and regulations
Ensure services are fit for purpose, cost effective, deliverable and supportable
Collaborate within the team and across the Exchange to ensure optimal outcomes
Governance and Resilience
Ensure the documentation and implementation of policies, procedures, and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order to achieve operational excellence
Monitor daily practices to guarantee compliance with mandatory policies and procedures
Ensure the Divisional compliance with the Code of Conduct to ensure operating within the acceptable risk and ethical levels
People Management
Manage, guide and assist direct reports to perform their functional operations in accordance with set policies and procedures
Set performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate/appraise the team and provide regular feedback on performance
Lead and guide Heads Of Sales Operations across foodora and Yemeksepeti
Fluent in English language and Salesforce knowledge is a must!
Highly proficient in MS Office with strong Excel skills
Demonstrate problem solving ability with experience in providing practical business insights from large and complex data sets
Analytical, number-oriented, attention to details and strong organisational skills
Thrives in fast-paced environment and able to make quick, assertive decisions
Independent and highly motivated fast learner
Positive attitude with good communication skills
Must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar
