Growth Marketing Specialist

Foody is looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist, with a strong interest in the tech industry and digital products. A Growth Marketing Specialist must have a passion for innovation and a 360° understanding of both Business and Marketing. If you are ready to plan and execute the biggest Marketing campaigns and exciting initiatives in the delivery industry, then join our Marketing team!

What we would like to see:

• Ability to run initiatives that need resources and input from multiple departments

• Be able to plan and execute 360° campaigns that solve business problems and drive results.

• Strong interest in digital products, the tech industry and business development

• Knowledge to measure and report performance of Marketing campaigns, as well as assess KPIs and ROI

• Excellent analytical skills with a creative approach to problem-solving

• Passionate about bringing new and innovative marketing strategies to the table

• A strong disposition for data-driven decision-making; you like to play around and analyze data in many different ways, to find interesting insights that can help the business

• An innate interest in learning about customers’ behavior both through numbers and qualitative data

• Understanding of multi-channel attribution

• Understanding of brand, performance and product marketing

• Team player who can work with different departments and teams 

Nice to have:

• Deep knowledge of Analytics fundamentals and past experience with Google Analytics

• Hands-on experience working with at least one Marketing platform (CRM, Google Adwords and/or Facebook ads)

• Spreadsheet skills: know your way around Pivot Tables

• Good presentation skills

• Languages: English & Greek
