Our Marketing team is growing and we are on the lookout for a talented Growth Marketing Specialist to join forces and help us deliver solutions that will drive our customers’ growth. In this cross-functional role, you will have the chance to cooperate with different teams within efood, coordinate the execution of marketing projects and ensure they run smoothly. To thrive in this position you will need strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem.
What you ‘ll do:
Collaborate with sub-marketing teams to understand business needs, deliver effective briefings, and discuss campaign results.
Assist in modeling processes, in order to effectively plan and execute marketing campaigns.
Assist in tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and other projects.
Utilize data analysis to generate new ideas that drive growth.
Work with other departments (Tech,Product,Sales,BI and more) for ongoing marketing & business needs.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging marketing trends, and technological advancements to drive innovation in marketing strategies.
Continuous competition analysis to ensure loyalty & subscription competitiveness
What you need to be successful
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Technology, Marketing, Statistics or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in marketing or data analysis field. Previous working experience in the tech industry would be considered a plus.
Strong analytical skills and a passion for finding actionable insights based on data.
Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including performance marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics or similar software.
Experience with Jira or project management tools is a plus.
Creative problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail.
