About the opportunity
We are on the lookout for a Global Procurement Project Management Principal (all genders) to join the Procurement team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
The Global Procurement Project Manager will oversee and coordinate procurement projects on a global scale. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will ensure that procurement processes are efficient and aligned with the company’s strategic goals
Lead and manage global procurement projects from initiation to completion.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely delivery.
Analyze current procurement processes and identify areas for improvement.
Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Assess and mitigate risks associated with global procurement activities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and legal departments.
Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and issues.
Facilitate communication between global teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution
What you need to be successful
Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in a project management role.
Proven experience managing global procurement projects.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in procurement software SAP Ariba
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
