On this journey, you will report to “Senior Manager, Fraud, Risk & Payments”
We’re looking for a highly-driven and tech-oriented “Fraud Data Analyst - II” for our team in Pakistan. If you are looking for a place where you can gain business and technical exposure plus have a direct impact, then this may be the place for you!
The ideal candidate will have a track record as a structured individual contributor – comfortable working independently, whilst working closely with the management team. This role will be based in Pakistan and will report to the “Senior Manager Fraud, Risk & Payments”.
Your Responsibilities will include:
● As one of the brains behind our customers’ operations, you will be responsible for the performance analysis, optimization and process design of fraud detection systems and frameworks
● You will lead towards designing in best in class service functions to address customer segmentation based on fraudulent refund and cashloss
● You’ll be in a highly data-driven role working investigating patterns, conducting risk analysis, and proposing solutions to create new logics or modify existing ones with a key focus on user experience
● You’ll be adept at managing stakeholders, be it the city or functional managers or vendors to influence business goals with the ultimate purpose to reduce fraud
● You’ll be required to be deeply involved with our Shared Service Centre in Malaysia to collaborate, understand and implement our regional and global best practices
● Every day you would be consistently contributing to the current ecosystem by improving processes, raising the bar with high quality work and establish automated controls for growth and innovation
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree program in STEM from a reputable institution, Masters is a plus
● Several years of experience in analytical roles involving risk or cost optimization related strategy. Analytical mindset is a must. Exact role can vary depending on experience.
● Expertise in SQL and Python knowledge is a must,Git / DBT is a plus
● You are comfortable using business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, Google Data Studio)
● You are proficient in segmentation, outlier detection and correlation via Excel, g-sheet or other tools
● Highly organized and self-disciplined, able to work on multiple projects in a self-structured and well-prioritized way
● Data-driven & with a keen eye on process improvement
● Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a problem-solving attitude is the cornerstone of your personality
● You must be adept at G-Suite

What you need to be successful
Your role in this journey requires the following:
