Job description
- Conducts and facilitates analysis workshops/discussions with business process owners to gather requirements for complex business procedures and completes a preliminary detailed business analysis on the requirements and expectations,
- Gathers, facilitates, and coordinates process discussions between business process owners and DH FS, acts as a bridge between DH Solution Delivery and business parties for various projects & change requests,
- Proactively address problems and project issues,
- Work closely with FS and business to fully understand the user functionality, pain points, and areas of improvements within our applications,
- Support and coordinate user testing activities and summarize results
- Taking part in SAP projects in Turkey and abroad as an active member of the project team consisting of IT, Project Management and other global Key Users / Key Users,
- Managing the conceptual design, testing, user training, go-live and post-live user support processes of the module(s) he is responsible for.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Econometrics, Finance, Statistics,Engineering, Mathematics, etc.,
- Being passionate SAP professional with a strong will to take ownership of the solutions provided by your team,
- At least 2-3 years of experience with SAP FI & FICA
- Fluent English is essential for this role.
- Successful in task management and completion,
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, especially Excel.
