efood is seeking a talented and motivated Facilities Coordinator to ensure the optimal operation of our offices, provide comprehensive maintenance services, and promote safety and comfort. The ideal candidate sets high standards for work quality, prioritizes the experience of their "customers" (fellow efooders!), takes the initiative to bring fresh ideas to the table, enjoys helping and collaborating with others, and acts proactively to achieve the best possible outcomes.
What you’ll do:
Establish the excellent delivery of services to operate and maintain efood workspace, including procurement, technical, maintenance, asset & vendor management
Manage invoices, and make sure commitment & payment records are maintained and executed properly
Ensure that detailed inspections across the building are frequently conducted
Maintain office equipment and physical space and resolve any building problems
Remote monitoring of all the other sites besides the Headquarters
Make any necessary preparations for meetings and events (seats, beverages, etc.)
Create and implement maintenance schedules, cleaning schedules, etc.
Be responsible for any emergencies and act as the point of contact
Be actively involved in planning future needs of building space and necessary supplies
Check adequate supply levels for all necessary equipment and materials in the kitchen, gym, offices, etc.
Act as a liaison between company employees and outside contractors
Maintain and enhance our relationship with key suppliers/service providers of our site
Be responsible for leading the delivery of the defined scope under Soft (BSS), Hard (BHS), and H&S services
Security Management
Provide support on Capex projects

Relevant working experience and knowledge of standard facility functions and maintenance
Project management experience is a plus
Excellent use of Microsoft Office
Familiarity with H&S standards
Experience in managing vendors and negotiating fair market prices
Strong prioritization and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ownership in daily tasks and accountability to excellence
