Executive Warehouse

1. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies.

2. Order Fulfillment: Coordinate the picking, packing, and shipping of orders in a timely manner to meet customer requirements.

3. Warehouse Organization: Optimize warehouse layout for efficient storage and retrieval of goods, ensuring proper utilization of space.

4. Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet company standards.

5. Safety Compliance: Promote a culture of safety in the warehouse, enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

6. Team Management: Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, and training as needed to maintain a high-performing team.

7. Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline warehouse operations.

8. Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors and suppliers to coordinate inbound shipments and resolve any issues related to deliveries.

9. Logistics: Coordination with in-house and third party logistics vendors and follow up on delivery to ensure on time closure.

10. Reporting: Generate regular reports on warehouse performance, including inventory levels, order fulfillment metrics, and expiry details and damaged stock.

11. Other Tasks:

    • Create Delivery Orders and Advance shipment Notice for streamlined operations.

    • Inbounding of stock on Inventory management system.

    • Maintain daily trackers to ensure real time visibility of stock movements

    • Maintain records of hard and soft copies of DCs.

    • Support the sales team with order placements.
