- Analyzing processes and comparing past and future forecasting.
- Analyse and ensure the output of the process aligns with OKR.
- Conducting root cause analyses to ensure continuity of dmart operations.
- Preparation of dashboards/reports in accordance with KPI values for the use of teams.
- Testing and improving data quality.
- Responsible for analyzing the demand planning tools.
- Analyzing the performance of Dmart operations and providing guidance for improvement.
- Making the data more readable with visualization for better understanding.
- Examining the compatibility and integration processes of the new systems under investigation.
- Investigating incompatibilities between systems and providing root cause corrections.
- Making new improvements and enhancements to improve processes.
- Managing projects with global stakeholders for process improvements on a quarterly basis.
- Finding new workarounds for the processes to be developed.
- Suggesting and developing new projects to increase efficiency.
- Observing the site through store/warehouse visits and identifying improvement points.
- Participate in service products' quarterly roadmaps and monthly roundtables, and track the status of the requested tasks.
- 2+ years of relevant analysis, store/warehouse and supply chain operations, process/business development, and/or project management experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering field.
- Good verbal and written English.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Process-driven mindset and the ability to work independently and in close collaboration with local and global analysis/process/business/product owners.
- Having a design thinking approach.
- Strong analysis, follow-up, multitasking, and outstanding communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset. Analytical and problem-solving skills based on facts and performance data to deliver improvements.
- SQL is must and Tableau/LookerStudio is a plus.
- Ability to create and give presentations to local and global stakeholders and management teams.
- Have a sense of urgency and high energy levels with time management skills.
- Great listener, note-taker, and questioner.
- Takes initiative and consistently goes beyond expectations.
- Ability to look at the big-picture when needed while being detail-oriented.
