We are looking for a Director, Transformation & Automation (all genders) to join the Transformation & Automation team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
This role operates with a high level of autonomy within the requirements of the Transformation Mandate and establishes strategic operational priorities in consultation with the Manager. The position is expected to identify initiatives and develop strategies, and roadmaps, target operating models and deliver finance transformation and change projects to help transform finance and operational processes.

Align finance transformation strategy. Partner with regional finance teams and technology teams within to prioritize process improvement and technology enhancement initiatives.
Collaborate and advocate cross-functionally to support business teams with business case preparation on strategic investments including CBA/ROI analysis.
Review the documentation of finance operations and reporting processes, procedures, and controls, analyze region to region procedural inconsistencies, and provide recommendations for process improvement
Enhancing the integration of financial operations to improve processes including reducing duplication, increasing standardization, leveraging technology solutions, fostering and sharing innovation and increasing functional synergies.
Analyze growth initiative progress to the original plan amount and gather variance explanations.
Mentor and support regional representatives to create a strong community of transformation teams across Delivery Hero entities.
What you need to be successful
Minimum of 8-10 years’ relevant transformation experience, including consulting within the Global Finance Transformations domain.
Strong industry focus with the ability to identify and build new opportunities and a healthy work pipeline.
Experience across the complete lifecycle of Transformation projects, from concept through execution and ongoing operations
Excellent Technology knowledge and experience, covering current trends and best practice Consulting, complemented by strong Finance functional and operations understanding
Driving real change in the role of Finance through various organizational redesign and finance/accounting processes.
Be able to develop a strong and trusted relationship with key senior stakeholders.
Characteristics of a forward thinker and self-motivator who thrives on new challenges and adapts quickly to learning new knowledge
Ability to work collaboratively and create opportunities for others to contribute to discussion and debate
Present with credibility, explore creative ways to engage diverse audiences and communicate information.
Translate technical and complex information clearly and concisely for diverse audiences
