About the opportunity

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy that supports the organization’s goals and enhances employee engagement and retention. Partner closely with People & Culture and senior leadership to shape a high-performance, equitable and sustainable organization. Champion the evolution toward one unified philosophy and governance model, ensuring consistency across markets while enabling local flexibility where needed.
  • Executive Compensation: Collaborate with the Global Total Rewards team to manage executive compensation programs, including benchmarking, salary, STI and LTI design, and governance processes. Ensure alignment with Delivery Hero Group standards and local regulatory requirements, while supporting C-level and leadership compensation decisions with insight and rigour.
  • Compensation Management: Lead the design, governance and execution of competitive, market-informed compensation structures across multiple geographies. Ensure pay architecture (job levels, titling, pay ranges) supports career development, internal equity and transparency. Guide performance-driven reward cycles and deliver insights that influence business decisions.
  • Gender and Pay Equity: Embed a proactive focus on gender and pay equity in all reward practices. Develop monitoring tools, dashboards and interventions to ensure fair and transparent pay outcomes across functions, levels and countries. Partner with local teams to identify risks and opportunities, and drive tangible progress on equity goals.
  • Benefits Management: Lead the definition and implementation of a benefits strategy. Manage the design of employee benefits programs, including health insurance and wellness initiatives, as well as global vendors to optimize employee value proposition (EVP) at the best possible cost.
  • Market Analysis and Insights: Leverage external benchmarking, internal data and workforce insights to inform reward decisions. Stay ahead of regional trends and labour market dynamics, particularly in fast-moving tech, e-commerce, and emerging markets.
  • Compliance: Ensure all total rewards programs comply with global guidelines and legal regulations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with People Partners, Finance, and leadership to align total rewards strategy with business objectives and drive organizational success
  • Communication: Develop and execute communication strategies to educate employees about total rewards offerings and promote awareness and engagement

What you need to be successful

  • 8+ years in total rewards management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record in global TR programs, including attraction and retention strategies, pay and performance cycles, executive compensation, equity, compliance, and data utilization
  • Experience in organizational design is ideal but not mandatory
  • Team Management: Experience managing cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams
  • Understanding of multi-country tax, compensation, and regulatory environments
  • Ability to navigate dynamics between centralized TR functions and regional/local hubs
  • Strong understanding of global TR principles, practices, and trends, including equity
  • Agility: Operate with speed and agility, using a lean, iterative approach. Deliver results quickly while overcoming resource and organizational constraints.
