We are looking for a Director, Employee Relations (all genders) to join the People & Culture team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Your mission:
You lead the employee relations strategy and enable execution to ensure an aligned strategy between employee’s needs and business priorities
You represent the voice of the employee within the company strategy, scaling Employee Relations competencies across teams, and proactively managing ER topics at the front line to support business agility and resilience.
You are accountable for oversight and management of programs, policies and employment practices that are compliant with local laws and regulations
You act as a trusted advisor to the central leadership team on all matters related to employee relations.
You collaborate with People Partners (HRBPs) and other stakeholders to identify trends and proactively build action plans and define end-to-end processes across all functions
You are responsible for negotiations with works council in committee proceedings
Your heroic skills:
You gained professional experience in employment law and employee relations or similar roles ideally with a HR focus
You have a Bachelor’s degree in law, ideally with a focus on employment law
You have a strong knowledge of business law and employee engagement
You have an in-depth knowledge of German labor laws as well as works council and union structures.
You are highly passionate about creative problem-solving and have excellent interpersonal skills and communication in English with an eye for detail
You have a track record of working in complex organizations in Germany
You are a team player and love to think outside the box
