- Maintain and evolve the brand’s identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Oversee the creative direction for all marketing campaigns, including product launches, promotions, partnerships, and seasonal campaigns. Ensure that all creative output is meeting quality standards, on-brand, and driving engagement.
- Working closely with the Regional Creative Team to conceptually ideate, design, kraft, and create products/assets (illustrations, campaigns, flows in the product, etc).
- Lead, inspire, and grow a team of Graphic and Motion Designers to produce high-quality work across multiple platforms (digital, print, social, and video). Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Identify skill gaps and provide training and development opportunities.
- Oversee the end-to-end project management of creative initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Develop workflows, establish processes, set priorities, and manage timelines effectively.
- You excel at building strong cross-functional relationships in a fast fast-paced organization.
- Work closely with Brand, Product, Marketing, Operations, and other teams to align creative concepts with business goals and enhance the customer journey.
- Use data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of creative initiatives and make informed decisions to optimize campaigns.
- Drive testing and iteration for the team to ensure we continuously improve our asset quality. Continue expanding guidelines and messaging frameworks.
- Understand the vision and strategy of the company and convey it to the team.
- Be accountable for team performance, setting targets, and monitoring progression towards achievement of these targets and other team KPIs.
- You have been a designer for around 7 years and have solid experience leading and growing a team, ideally within the food, e-commerce, or tech industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects, including digital and print media.
- Experience in brand development and campaign execution across multiple channels.
- Ability to balance creative thinking with business objectives and strategic planning.
- You have an outstanding understanding of Graphic Design and Motion. UX/UI would be appreciated.
- You are a master in typography, animation, composition, and layout.
- Strong understanding of the latest trends in design, digital marketing, and technology.
- You are considered a subject matter expert with deep knowledge of design software including Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
- You have experience working and managing a Project Management tool (monday.com, Asana, or Jira).
- Broad knowledge of Online and Offline Marketing channels as well as product.
- You have solid experience working to tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously.
- You have strong organizational skills.
- AI knowledge is highly desirable.
- Experience in micro animations and sound mixing is nice to have.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in Turkish and English are necessary.
