Do you want to be the mastermind behind the future of grocery shopping? We’re on the hunt for a Demand Planner to join our team at foodora market. You’ll use your planning and analytical superpowers to keep our stores perfectly stocked and our operations running smoothly. Ready to jump on board and help us reshape how people shop for groceries?
Your mission
Collaborate closely with suppliers to improve planning and replenishment processes, negotiate deadlines and amount of products while fostering a clear and concise collaboration
Ensure accurate inventory levels in our Nordic stores by analyzing stock status and sales trends
Track and follow up on key performance indicators to ensure we’re meeting our targets
Create demand forecasts and manage orders for our stores
Analyze and report on inventory and purchasing forecasts to the organization on time
Place orders with suppliers and ensure proper tracking and follow-up
Work hand-in-hand with local store and category managers to ensure our stock levels are second to none
We’re looking for a true foodorian who thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. To succeed in this role, you should be both analytical and social — someone who can dive into data while building strong relationships across teams. You’re structured, detail-oriented, and always keep an eye on the bigger picture. With high energy, a can-do attitude, and a passion for creating the best customer experience possible, you’ll fit right in with our foodora market family!

Start date: Upon agreement
1–3 years of experience in a similar role, including purchasing and demand planning
Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Business, or a related field
Experience working with both internal and external stakeholders
Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
Experience from the grocery retail industry is a strong plus
