Data Analyst (Fintech)

We are on the lookout for a Data Analyst & Developer to join the YemekPay (Fintech) team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. 

Be part of building the financial backbone of Delivery Hero. You’ll develop products that empower millions of customers and merchants, from seamless payments to innovative financial solutions like wallets and credit. Your work will support our path to profitability by creating financial flexibility for users.

In this role you will:

• Partner closely with Fintech Business and Product stakeholders to understand their analytical needs, and execute the roadmap for analytics work for Payment Analytics
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights and performance metrics and conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and optimize monitoring tools, perform deep-dive analysis and provide insights to facilitate a data-driven decision making
• Demonstrate proficiency in coding practices and analytic approaches
• Proactively bring new ideas and suggestions to the team and our internal clients to improve our Fintech set up

• 2 - 4 years of work experience as a data analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably with exposure to payment and / or growth marketing solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• You have worked as a data analyst and delivered measurable impact on improving understanding of payments
• You have proven experience with daily practice of SQL, and visualization tools such as Tableau, and Looker
• You have experience working with online payments and deep knowledge of the PSP, issuer, acquirer, and card scheme data.
• You are eager on making business impact through analytics and you understand the product lifecycle
• Experience in applying business acumen to analyze data effectively, leading to strategic communication of recommendations that drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• You have strong analytical and problem solving skills
• You demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented with a passion for learning and self-improvement

Nice To Have:

• Experience with BigQuery, Airflow, and Python
• Understanding of real-time data analytics
• Good understanding of mathematical and statistical data analysis techniques such as regression, extrapolation, time series analysis, forecasting, statistical hypothesis testing and econometric models
