Dark Store Manager

• He will manage the stock, in-store layout, price information and inventory processes of the products in the units he is responsible for,
• Will check the inventory of the products in the store at regular intervals,
• Ensure coordination and information flow between stores and head office,
• Ensure that the supply chain operates optimally once the products reach the store,
• He will manage the store team, supervise their work and ensure that operational work is carried out in accordance with standards,
• Will ensure the development of the team he/she is responsible for,
• Will visit different stores,
• Will follow the preparation processes during the opening processes of the stores,
• Manage the store's goals and report to senior management,

• He has made the most of his education life with at least an associate's degree,
• Having at least 2 years of Store Management experience in the Retail, Merchandising, FMCG or Food sectors as Aperitif,
• Excellent human relations and communication skills,
• Able to think quickly and make decisions like peanuts,
• Having a good level of MS Office programs in its menu,
• Able to offer team planning and management as a main course,
• Advanced organization and follow-up skills,
• Flexible and able to adapt to busy working hours,
