Your mission
Your main responsibility will be to answer our customers questions, primarily via chat and email, but there may also be phone interactions.

We're looking for someone who can work 25% or 50% (if you want to work more, there's usually the opportunity to pick up extra shifts!). At foodora, we (almost) never sleep; we're open from 08:00 to 23:30 every day of the year. Therefore, it's important that you're willing to work during the day, evening, weekends, and public holidays. It's essential that you're available during all our opening hours for this position.
Your employment will start with an introduction training spread over one week from 16:00 to 21:00, which takes place at our office. This training is mandatory, and it's important that you can participate on all training days. The next training start is on April 8th.
We also prefer if…
You have a high school education
You have good computer skills (we work with many systems!)
You can communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
It's also advantageous if you have previous experience in service, such as in restaurants or customer service
