YOUR MISSION

  • Your main responsibility will be to answer our customers questions, primarily via chat and email. Some telephone contact with our partners may occur. 

  • Together with your colleagues, create world-class service for our customers.

What you need to be successful

  • Service minded - you are solution oriented and passionate about delivering world-class service.
  • Communicative - In addition to being good at communicating with your colleagues, you are also sharp in written communication.

  • Fearless - You dare to take your own initiative, test yourself and fail along the way (don't worry when that happens – we will help you up again!)

  • Flexible - You can handle many balls in the air and thrive in a work environment where two days are not the same.

  • Empathic - If you can easily put yourself into different people's situations and feelings, you will probably fit like a glove!

 

We're looking for someone who can work 50% or 75% (if you want to work more, there's usually the opportunity to pick up extra shifts!). At foodora, we (almost) never sleep; we're open from 08:00 to 22:00 every day of the year. Therefore, it's important that you're willing to work during the day, evening, weekends, and public holidays. It's essential that you're available during all our opening hours for this position.

Your employment will start with an introduction training spread over two weeks from 11:00 to 18:00, which takes place at our office. This training is mandatory, and it's important that you can participate on all training days. 

We also prefer if...

  • You have a high school education.

  • You have good computer skills (we work with many systems!)

  • You can communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

  • It's also advantageous if you have previous experience in service, such as in restaurants or customer service.
