About the opportunity

  • Conduct interviews and prepare results regarding customer behavior
  • Analyze customer comments and complaints and identify gaps and possible solutions
  • Coordinate with various departments to provide proactive customer communication
  • Other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor

What you need to be successful

  • Must be an academically required internship
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate knowledge in using Microsoft Office and/or GSuite Applications
  • Intermediate skills in Presentation or reporting
  • Strong Written and Verbal communication skills
