We are seeking a CPF Rollout Support Analyst to support logistics operations in the Singapore market. In this role, you will report to the Specialist, Rider Loyalty, and focus on monitoring rider-related data while assisting with the rider CPF rollout project.
Contract Duration: 6 Months (Starting early March 2025)
Responsibilities:
- Generate and refine data queries based on rider-related data, ensuring high levels of accuracy and reliability.
- Continuously monitor rider data to identify discrepancies and proactively detect potential fraudulent activities.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to support the CPF rollout project, ensuring that rider payments are processed accurately and efficiently while helping streamline operational processes.
- Analyze trends in rider CPF contributions, investigate fluctuations, and flag potential issues to the team.
- Provide support for other ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.
- A background in Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related field is preferred; open to entry-level candidates.
- Proficiency in using SQL to write complex queries and decent understanding of relational databases
- Experience using other programming languages such as Python (pandas, NumPy,Matplotlib), and BI tools such as Tableau preferred.
- Strong affinity for working with data and numbers, coupled with excellent attention to detail.
- Open-minded, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about gaining insights into the business.
- Proactive and accountable in managing responsibilities.
- Comfortable challenging the status quo and speaking up to raise concerns when necessary.
