Your Mission
Oversee and optimize store performance across Sweden.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement necessary actions.
Mentor and develop store managers to improve their effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with food safety and environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards.
Lead by example while promoting our company values and culture.
Manage the recruitment process for store managers.
Collaborate with the FSM to address any equipment or facility concerns.
Our selection process is continuous and the ad may close before the recruitment process is completed, if we’ve moved forward to the screening or interview phase.

Start date: Upon agreement
A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
Proven experience in leading large teams and managing cross-functional operations at a country or regional level.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the capability to motivate and inspire teams.
Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
