About the opportunity

1. Develop creative and persuasive copy for various marketing materials
including, but not limited to, websites, social media posts, advertisements,
email campaigns, product descriptions, and landing pages.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives, target
audience, and key messaging.
3. Conduct research to understand market trends, customer preferences, and
competitor strategies to inform content development.
4. Write clear, concise, and engaging copy that aligns with brand voice and tone
guidelines.
5. Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to
brand standards.
6. Brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas for content campaigns and
initiatives.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in copywriting and
digital marketing.
8. Work collaboratively with designers, photographers, and other creative
professionals to ensure cohesive storytelling across all marketing channels.
9. Adapt writing style and tone to suit different audiences and communication
channels.
10. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.


What you need to be successful

1. Bachelors degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Copywriter or in a similar role, preferably in a
marketing or advertising agency.
3. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
4. Strong creative thinking and conceptualization abilities.
5. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with content management
systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
7. Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research tools is a plus.
8. Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to
prioritize tasks effectively.
9. Portfolio of previous work demonstrating a range of writing styles and content
types.
10. Passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of consumer psychology.
