About the opportunity

What’s On Your Plate?

  • Restaurant Performance Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Ensures & improves the restaurant’s operation and increase the order acceptance rate, reduce vendor delay through understanding/analysing key data

  • Implement new configurations to support operations

  • Identify causes of operational issues as well as symptoms, diagnosis, and cure

  • Collaborative problem solving with many different stakeholders in the business: Account management, Training team, Driver operations etc

 

What Did We Order?

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 2-3 years’ experience in operations or logistics. food/grocery tech industry is highly desirable

  • The ability to quickly adapt to new environment and systems so you can hit the ground running

  • A highly organized and detail-oriented with an analytical mindset

  • Advanced Excel and Data Interpretation Skills (Pivots/Spike Analysis/VlookUp/XlookUp)

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
