About the opportunity
Coordinate job postings on various job boards and social media platforms
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics for recruiting events
Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems
Assist in creating job requisitions and updating job descriptions and job advertisements
Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure candidate information is accurately recorded and updated.
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
What you need to be successful
High school diploma or equivalent education
Prior experience in an administrative support role is preferred, but not required
Familiarity with basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Must have a UAE Family Book.
