Coordinator People Solutions

• Resolve HR tickets from employees, managers, and P&C team to answer all tier 1 HR questions & Workday inquiries

• Produce required documents, troubleshoot Workday tasks, and support employees in all general HR inquiries.

• Draft process documentation or enhancements to existing processes. 

• Create SOPs, Workflows and update Trackers for the various Business Processes managed by People Solutions across markets with its Country specific requirements and policies.

• Attention to detail, process-oriented, organized, good communication skills.

• High level of English spoken and written.
