Resolve HR tickets from employees, managers, and P&C team to answer all tier 1 HR questions & Workday inquiries
Produce required documents, troubleshoot Workday tasks, and support employees in all general HR inquiries.
Draft process documentation or enhancements to existing processes
Create SOPs, Workflows and update Trackers for the various Business Processes managed by People Solutions across markets with its Country specific requirements and policies.
What you need to be successful
Attention to detail, process-oriented, organized, good communication skills
